We always follow the Indian government rules & guideline as well as the recruitment process that we have made regarding overseas recruitment. It ensures that every important detail is considered and every recruitment drive brings with the best possible chance of a long lasting & successful business relationship between the employer, employee and authorized agency.

 

 

 

Staff / White Collar Recruitment Process

 

  • Skyline HR International receives a detailed job description/JS from the client to fill a new position
  • We search in our data bank, portals, publicize the position into electronic media and search our extensive network for CVs of suitable & qualified candidates
  • Carefully screening the CVs and short-listing of the best candidates
  • Preliminary interviews are conducted by Skyline HR International to filter /short-list candidates.
  • Expectations, experience, and salary are discussed with the potential candidates
  • Only the best few candidates that match or meet all expectations are presented to the client for the final interview and selection
  • Once the candidate is selected, the formal contract is signed
  • Skyline HR International provides documentation and processing including certificates attestation and medical tests as per country norms.
  • Visa formalities are completed by the employer
  • Skyline HR International ensures that the candidate joins on time.

 

Manpower Recruitment Process (Skilled, Un-skilled, Semi-skilled)

Details Required From Clients (FROM EMPLOYER SIDE) -

  • Auto-generated Demand letter & Power of Attorney with duly signed.
  • Summarised details about the project. (Optional but not mandatory)
  • A place to work.
  • Category of required works in the demand letter.
  • The number of workers required in each category in demand letter.
  • The detailed job description of each category. (Optional but not mandatory)
  • Minimum qualification and experience required for each category.
  • Salary & other terms offered to employees.
  • Duration of the contract.
  • About food/food allowance, Accommodation and other facilities/ amenities /annual bonus provided to the workers.
  • Date by which the workers are required at the site (deployment timing).
  • Other specifications or any other terms offered to workers.
  • Duration for which the visas or entry permit is to be processed.

Upon receipt of the above information, we advise the client about the availability of workers in our data bank in each category. In the event of any changes are required in the salary or any other terms offered to the workers, we revert back to the client to negotiate and amend the same. Thereafter, the recruitment procedures get started.

 

From Agency Side -

 

  • To source candidates as per company requirements/ job description.
  • Practical Testing / Technical Trade Testing and keeping them ready for client approval.
  • Company delegate coming for an interview will be received at the airport and accompanied to the 5 Star hotels.
  • Final interviews are scheduled as desired by the client and also providing all facilities.
  • Providing a medical report of the selected 80% candidates within 7 to 8 working days & rest in next 3 to 4 working days.
  • Arranging Government formalities like emigration clearance, visa stamping, police clearance certificate, attestation of educational certificates etc.
  • All status updates are uploaded in our ATS software. These updates are real-time and each candidate is informed through automated SMS / EMAILS and scheduled phone calls through this system. All our clients have access to this transparent system to know more about the candidate's actual status in real-time.
  • Pre-Deployment Orientation (PDO) to the candidates on the law of the country of employment, Benefits, Working Atmosphere.
  • Deployment of approved candidates within client desired time limit under prior intimation to the client.
  • Providing all possible help & support to the candidates in emigration and airport formalities.
